- Critical-path coverage before launch: auth, billing, tenant isolation, and the workflows that lose money when they break.
- CI/CD
- GitHub Actions for typecheck, build, and deploy. Staging first. Production is a promotion, not a laptop.
- Security
- RBAC, encryption, HMAC-verified webhooks, audit logs, least-privilege roles. Especially on multi-tenant and local-government work.
- Deployments
- AWS, GCP, Vercel, App Store / Play, Shopify. I leave runbooks, not a mystery box.

- Timezone: Based in Rajshahi, Bangladesh. Booking calendar is Pacific Time (PT). I overlap US business hours across PT, CT, and ET — same-day replies are the norm.
